2019: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in five meets ... finished 34th in the 5,000 meters at the SDSU invitational with the time of 16:45.67 ... placed 12th at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with the time of 9:30.92 ... ran a 4:42.87 mile and placed 30th at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi ... finished 12th in the 5,000 meter with the time of 16:16.73 at the St. John's Invite ... finished ninth at the SDSU Last Chance in the 3,000 meter with a time of 9:20.21 ... placed ninth in the DMR at the NSIC Championship with a time of 11:10.52 ... placed 31st in the 5,000 meter with a time of 16:24.07 at the NSIC Championship.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in five meets ... finished 21st in the 10,000 meters at the NSIC Championships with the time of 34:42.94 ... ran 4:23.44 at the Mustang Twilight to finish second ... competed in five meets. 

2018: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... Competed in five meets ... ran a season best 16:30.26 in the 5,000 meter at the CSB-SJU Invitational.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in six meets ... ran a season best 16:51.77 in the 5,000 meters to finish first at the MSU Twilight meet. 

2017: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in five meets ... finished ninth at the MSU Multi & Open in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:48.44.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... ran in six meets ... finished 15th at the NSIC Championships in the 10,000 meters with a time of 35:21.59 ... ran 9:52.25 in the 3,000 meters to place fourth at the NSU Twilight.

2016: Indoor - Participated in seven meets ... ran a 4:47.75 personal best mile at the Minnesota State Alumni Open ... with another personal best of 2:50.66 in the 1000m at the Minnesota State Alumni Open...finished 23rd at the NCIS Indoor Conference Championships with a 9:31.90 in the 3000m...also setting another personal best at the NCIS Indoor Conference Championships with 16:03.00 in the 5000m...finished 4th at the Ted Nelson Classic in the 5000m.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... ran 35.01.77 in the 10,000m at the NSIC Championships to finish 18th ... finished seventh in the 5,000m at the Drake Alternative with a time of 16:52.59.

High School: 2015 graduate of Mankato West HS … four-year letter winner in both cross country and track … named all-conference in cross country as a senior … two-time team captain … two-time team MVP in cross country … honorable mention all-conference in both cross country and track as a junior … personal best 16:48 in the 5k … personal best 10:24 in the 3200m … personal best 4:46 in the 1600m … also competed in swimming.
