2015: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... placed second in the shot put at the NSU-SMSU Duel with a 14.92m ... finished seventh at the NSIC Championships in the shot put with a toss of 14.92m.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in four meets ... placed fifth in the shot put at the Red Raider Open with a toss of 14.86m.

2014: Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed first in the shot put with a throw of 14.41m at Lee Krough Invite ... personal best 15.43m to earn first place at the Drake Alternative ... finished sixth at the NSIC championships with a throw of 15.34m ... placed fifth at the Howard Wood Relays with throw of 15.10m.

High School: 2011 graduate of St. James HS ... played for coach Lee Carlson ... named all-conference as a senior ... recorded 51 tackles, eight sacks and two forced fumbles during senior season ... team captain ... three-year letterwinner ... also in basketball and track.
