2025: Indoor-  Competed in seven meets ... finished in 16th in the 400m with a time of 51.88 and was apart of the ninth place 4x400m team that ran a 3:24.99 at the NSIC Championships ...  placed ninth in the 400m at the Maverick Invitational with a season best time of 51.76 ... finished third in the 500 with a time of 1:09.33 at the Mark Schuck Open.

Outdoor- Competed in eight meets ... ran 52.02 in the 400 meters at the NSIC Championships to place 24th ... member of 4x400 relay that placed 10th at the NSIC Championships at 3:21.36 ... season best 22.47 in the 200 meters to finish 11th at the Maverick Inivitational.

High School: 2024 graduate of St. Cloud Tech HS ... competed for coach Craig Aycock ... two-time all-conference ... member of school record 4x200 relay team with a time of 1:29.18.
