2022: Indoor- Competed in four meets … placed 14^th in shot put in the NSIC Indoor Championships with a throw of 9.10m … placed seventh in the heptathlon at the Mark Shuck Open and Multi … placed sixth in the high jump with a jump of 1.68m in the Open … placed third in pole vault in the Open with 3.10m.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed 13th in the decathlon at the NSIC Championships ... placed 11th in the javelin at the Minnesota State Open at 39.18m

2021: Indoor - Competed in four meets ... finished 10th in the heptathlon at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... finished second in the long jump at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet at 5.74m as well as fourth in the 60 hurdles, 10th in the pole vault, and 13th in the 60 ... placed third in the 60 hurdles at the Cobber COVID Indoor Duals with a 9.20 time and also sixth in the pole vault and 17th in the shot put ... finished 15th in the 1000 at the SDSU Last Chance with a 3:08.96 time.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed sixth in the long jump at the Wayne State - Wildcat Classic at 6.14m and also placed ninth in the 400 with a 55.71 time ... finished 13th in the decathlon at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Meet with a 4749 score ... placed 13th in the long jump at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge at 6.26m which was a PR.

2020: Indoor - competed in six meets ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed ninth at the NSIC Championships ... finished fourth in the triple jump at 12.04m at the SDSU Last Chance ... placed fifth in the long jump at 5.84 at the SDSU Last Chance.

High School: 2019 graduate of Cheyenne Central HS ... three-time all-conference ... two-time all-state honoree ... member of team state champion ... member of 1600m relay state championship team ... eight-time letter winner in track ... two-time academic letter winner ... all-conference and all-state in football.
