2017: Sat out season as a redshirt.

2016: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... finished seventh in the mile at 4:45.38 at the MSU Alumni Open ... member of DMR team that placed ninth at the NSIC Championships with time of 11:15.91.

Outdoor - Ran in four meets ... placed fifth in the 5,000m at the USF Invite with a time of 3:52.29.

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed second at the NSU-SMSU Dual in the mile with a 4:41.81 ... member of DMR team that finished third at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:31.53.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed 18th at the NSIC Championships in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 10:43.13 ... finished 10th in the 3,000 steeplechase with a personal best 10:11.43.

2014: Indoor - Competed in four meets ... placed 13th at MSU Mankato Multi & Open in the mile with time of 4:49.07 ... recorded eighth at Beaver Twilight in the 3,000m with time of 9:43.29.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed 26th at NSIC championships in the 5,000m with time of 16:41.80 ... ran 16:35.51 to finish seventh in 5,000m at Lee Krough Invite.

High School: 2013 graduate of New Prague HS …  two-time team captain ... all-conference honoree ... earned most outstanding athlete award three times in cross country and track ... in cross country, personal best 9:54 in 3,200 meters, 16:40 in 5K ... in track, personal best 23.7 in 200-meter and 2:00 in 800-meter ... letterwinner also in basketball.
