2017: Indoor- Competed in eight meets ... member of 4X400m relay team that placed third at the Minnesota Open, sixth at the SDSU DII Invite, and fourth at the NSIC Championships ... placed third in the 600m at the Minnesota Open ... placed second in the 800m at the Stinger Open.

Outdoor- Competed in eight meets ... ran personal best 1:54.64 in the 800m to finish ninth at the NSIC Championships ... finished fourth in the 400m at the Minnesota State Twilight ... finished fourth in the 800m at the Holst Invitational.

2016: Indoor - Participated in eight meets ... finished fifth at the NSIC Championships in the 800m with a time of 1:59.76 ... placed second in the 800m at the SDSU II Invite at 1:57.50 ... personal best 1:55.42 in the 800m at the SDSU Classic.

Outdoor - Competed in seven meets ... member of 4x400 relay team that won the USF Invite with a time of 3:28.44 ... finished eighth in the 800m with a time of 1:55.66 at the NSIC Championships ... 

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed eighth at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a personal best 1:22.33 in the 600m ... member of DMR team that finished third at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:31.53 ... finished fourth at the NSIC Championships in the 600m with a time of 1:23.10.

Outdoor - Competed in seven meets ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed fourth at the NSIC Championships with a time of 3:19.55 ... member of 4x200 relay team that competed at the Drake Relays and finished 17th with a time of 1:31.12 ... finished 12th at the NSIC Championships with a personal best 1:56.82.

2014: Indoor - Ran in seven meets ... placed second with personal best time of 1:24.54 at MSU Coaches Open ... member of 4x400 relay team that won Beaver Twilight with time of 3:26.61 ... 4x400 relay team finished fifth at NSIC championships with time of 3:24.13.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... finished third in 800-meter with time of 1:59.84 at Lee Krough Invite ... finished seventh in 400-meter at Howard Wood Relays with time of 50.34 ... personal best 50.08 in 400-meter to record an 11th place finish at NSIC championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of Chugiak HS … four-year letterwinner in both track and cross country … region IV champion in 200m, 400m and 800m … state champion as a senior in the 400m and 800m runner-up … named most valuable athlete as a senior … member of 4x400 meter relay state champions in 2012 … finished fourth at the state meet in the 400m in 2012 … in track, personal best 50.0 in the 400m and 1:58.31 in 800m … in cross country, personal best 10:10.1 in 3,000 meters and 15:35.4 in 4,500 meters.
