2018: Indoor - Competed in two meets ... ran a season best 9:54.93 in the 3,000 meters at the Ted Nelson Classic. 

Outdoor - Competed in two meets ... ran a season best 16:51.93 in the 5,000 meters at the Red Raider Open. 

2017: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... did not compete during the indoor season.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in three meets ... finished sixth at the MSU Twilight in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:31.50.

2016: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... participated in six meets ... ran a 9:05.00 personal best 3000m to earn sixth place at the SDSU Tune Up ... recorded a season-best 15:49.32 in the 5000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in two meets ... placed sixth in the 5,000m with a time of 16:44.20 at the Drake Alternative ... ran 4:16.36 to finish 11th at the Red Raider Open.

2015: Indoor - Participated in seven meets ... ran a 4:37.39 personal best mile to earn first place at the 2015 NSU-SMSU Duel ... recorded a season-best 9:09.73 in the 1000m at the MSU Alumi Open.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... personal best 15:50.12 in the 5,000m at the NSIC Championships ... placed eighth at Red Raider Open in the 5,000m with a time of 15:59.21.

High School: 2014 graduate of Park HS … all-conference honoree in cross country … ran 16:16 in 5k … captain in cross country, track and Nordic ski.
