Outdoor- Competed in four meets... finished 23rd in the 10k with a personal best time of 33:58.81 at the NSIC Outdoor Championship... finished first in the 5k with a personal best time of 16:12.29 at the Todd Pfingsten Open.
High School: 2025 graduate of Sartell HS ... two-year letter winner in cross country ... personal best 17:04 in the 5k ... letter winner in nordic skiing and baseball.
Personal: Born June 11, 2007 ... son of Dan and Missy O'Connell ... culinology major.
