High School: 2017 graduate of Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart HS … state qualifier … team MVP … PR of 4 minute, 32 second mile … also played football.

Personal: Born Feb. 12, 1999 ... son of Kirk Ondracek and Jessica Nelson ... early childhood education major.
