2025: Indoor- Competed in two meets ... finished eighth in the high jump with a jump of 1.73m at the Cobber Indoor Open.

Outdoor- Did not compete in any meets.

2024: Did not compete during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2023: Indoor - Competed in four meets … finished 17th in the long jump at 6.24m at the NSIC Championships. 

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed ninth at the NSIC Championships in the long jump at 6.63m ... finished fifth in the 400 meter hurdles at the Norse Invite at 59.08. 

2022: Indoor - Competed in five meets … season best in the long jump with a jump of 6.43m in the SDSU Last Chance Meet … season best in the 60 with a time of 7.54.

Outdoor - Competed in four meets ... season best in the 400m hurdles at the Deb Schulz Open with a time of 1:02.74 ... season best of 6.97m in the long jump at the Maverick Open.

2021: Indoor - Competed in one meet ... placed ninth in the long jump at the SDSU Last Chance at 6.47m and 26th in the 60 with a 7.52 time.

Outdoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed fourth in the long jump at the Wayne State - Wildcat Classic at 6.18m and sixth in the 100 with a 12.28 time as well as tenth in the 200 with a 25.44 time ... finished fourth in the long jump at the Sioux City Relays at 6.49m and fifth in the 4x100 with a 44.75 time ... placed ninth in the long jump at NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge at 6.54m and 16th in the 100 with a 11.78 time as well as 22nd in the 200 with a 24.25 time which all three events were PR's.

High School: 2020 graduate of East Community Pathways ... competed for Sioux Falls Washington HS … four-year letter winner … placed third in the long jump at 2019 state AA meet … member of 2017 state championships cross country team … personal best 21'7.5" in long jump … personal best 16.2 in 110 hurdles … ran personal best 41.1 in 300 hurdles … also a member of soccer team that won the 2018 state championship.
