2021: Indoor - Competed in four meets ... competed in the shot put at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships but fouled on all three attempts ... placed third in the shot put at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet at 14.94m ... finished 10th in the shot put at the Cobber COVID Indoor Duals at 12.24 ... placed 16th in the shot put at the SDSU Last Chance at 11.81.

Outdoor - Competed in four meets ... placed ninth in the discus throw at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge at 41.83m and also 17th in the shot put at 12.58m ... finished 14th in the discus throw at the South Dakota Tune-up at 43.50m which was a PR ... finished tenth in the discus throw at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Meet at 41.82m and also 23rd in the shot put at 13.01m.

High School: 2020 graduate of Coon Rapids HS … will also play football at SMSU … won the discus at the 2019 section true team meet with a toss of 139'6" … personal best 49'4.5" in the shot put … three-year letter winner in football … team captain … two-time all-conference honoree

Personal: Born June 26, 2002 ... son of George Nolan and Jane Welter-Nolan … father, George played football at SMSU in the late 1980s … nursing major.
