2017: Indoor - Participated in five meets ... member of distance medley relay that finished sixth at the NSIC Championships ... ran personal best 4:37.30 in the mile at the SDSU Classic.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... ran 10:30.95 at the Mustang Open to win the steeplechase ... ran 4:21.97 to finish 13th in the 1,500 meters at the Mustang Open.

2016: Indoor - Participated in six meets ... set four personal best records this season... ran the 800m in 2:03.99 at the SDSU Indoor Classic... finished 5th in the 1000m at the SDSU Division ll Invitational with a time personal best time of 2:46.05... ran a personal best mile in 4:41.51 at the Ted Nelson Classic...finished 28th at the NCIS Indoor Conference Championships with a personal best time of 17:12.02 in the 5000m.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed seventh in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:03.28 at the Drake Alternative ... finished 24th in the 400 hurdles at the NSIC Championships ... finished 14th in the steeplechase at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:53.93.

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... recorded a personal best 9:19.63 and third place finish in the 3000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... personal best 4:14.57 in 1500m at Dakota Relays ... finished 13th at the NSIC Championships in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 10:17.30.

2014: Indoor - Competed in six meets ... personal best 4:41.94 in the mile to finish sixth at Beaver Twilight ... finished fifth in 3000-meter with time of 9:29.77 at Beaver Twilight.

Outdoor - Ran in five meets ... won the Red Raider Open with time of 10:41.59 in 3000 Steeplechase ... placed 11th at NSIC championships in 3000 steeplechase with time of 10:16.37 ... personal best 4:17.17 in 1500-meter at Howard Wood Relays.

High School: 2013 graduate of Sioux Falls Lincoln HS … named all-state as a senior, placing 15th at state cross country meet … member of 2012 state champion team … five-year letter winner … team captain as a senior … personal best of 16.20 during senior season of cross country … in track, personal best 53.0 in 400m, 4:33 in the 1600m, 2:00.52 in the 800m and 16:29 in the 5k.
