Outdoor - competed in six meets ... placed eighth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:19.94 at the Red Raider Open ... ran a season best 10:14.22 in the 3,000 meter Steeplechase at the NSICÂ Outdoor Championships.
High School: 2017 graduate of Heron Lake-Okabena HS ... four-year letter winner in cross country … four-time all-conference … conference champion in cross country … placed 41st in 2016 state meet … all-conference in track & field … personal best 16:52 in the 5k ... personal best 4:43 in the mile ... earned all-conference in basketball … also played baseball.
