Indoor- competed in seven meets ... member of 4X400 relay team that placed third at the Minnesota Open, sixth at the SDSU DII Invite, and fourth at the NSIC Indoor T&F Championships.

Outdoor- Competed in eight meets ... ran a personal best 22.47 in the 200m to finish seventh at the Holst Invitational ... placed third in the 200m and fifth in the 100m at the NSU Twilight Meet ... member of 4 X 100m relay team that finished third at the Mustang Open ... ran personal best 50.59 in the 400m at the NSIC Championships.

2016: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in eight meets ... personal best 23.02 in 200m at SDSU Classic ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed sixth at the NSIC Championships ... 

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in six meets ... member of 4x100 relay team that finished fourth at NSIC Championships ... personal best 51.20 in 400m at the Holst Invite.

2015: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in four meets ... personal best 7.41 in the 60m at the MSU Alumni Open ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed ninth at the Dordt Open with a time of 3:36.16.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in four meets ... member of 4x100 relay team that finished fifth at the Red Raider Open with a time of 46.35.

2014: Indoor - Ran in four meets ... season best 7.53 in the 60m at MSU Multi & Open ... ran 24.36 in 200m to place 14th at MSU Open.

Outdoor - Ran in three meets ... personal best 12.04 in the 100m at Lee Krough Invite ... member of 4x100 relay team that finish 11th at NSIC championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of Estelline HS ... five-year letterwinner ... personal best 11.0 in 100-meter ... ran 23.1 in 200-meter ... named team MVP in sprints as a junior ... also letterwinner in football and basketball ... also conference in football.
