2025: Indoor-  Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... did not record a time in the 800m at the NSIC Championships ... finished second in the 800m at the Ted Nelson Classic with a time of 1:59.55 ... finished eighth in the 600 with a time of 1:25.83 at the SDSU Holiday Open ... was apart of the 4x400 relay team that won the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 3:29.35.

Outdoor- Competed in six meets ... placed 22nd at the NSIC Championships in the 800 meters at 2:00.01 ... member of 4x400 relay that placed 10th at the NSIC Championships at 3:21.36.

2024: Indoor- Competed in five meets ... placed eighth at the Maverick Invite in the 600 meters at 1:28.18.

Outdoor- Competed in seven meets ... member of 4x400 relay team that ran 3:23.20 to finish 10th at NSIC Championships ... placed second at the Gustie Invite in the 400 meters at 52.45.

High School: 2022 graduate of Albert Lea HS ... also played soccer ... competed for coaches Kevin Gantz and Jim Haney.

Personal: Born July 15, 2005 ... son of Roel and Sara Palomo ... sport management major.
