Outdoor - Competed in three meets ... season best of 2:09.53 in the 800m at the South Dakota Challenge ... season best in the 1500m with a time of 4:45.99 at the Minnesota State Open

2021: Indoor - Competed in four meets ... placed 15th in the 600 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a 1:30.71 time ... finished fifth in the 600 at the SDSU Last Chance with a 1:29.92 time ... placed third in the 600 at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet with a 1:30.02 time ... finished seventh in the mile at the Cobber COVID Indoor Duals with a 4:51.97 time.

Outdoor - Competed in four meets ... placed fifth in the 1500 at the Wayne State - Wildcat Classic with a 4:32.26 time and also 11th in the 200 with a 26.55 time which were both PR's ... finished 13th in the 5000 at the NSU Spring Open with a 17:39.89 time which was a PR ... placed 58th in the 800 at the Sioux City Relays with a 2:10.58 time which was a PR.

High School: 2020 graduate of BCLUW HS ... two-time state qualifier in cross country ... placed 28th in 2019 state meet with a time of 17:22 ... all-conference honoree ... qualified for state track meet in four events in only competing in track & field ... academic all-conference in both cross country and track & field ... also competed in football and baseball.
