2025: Indoor-  Academic All-NSIC ... competed in four meets ... finished seventh in the 3000m at the Ted Nelson classic with a time of 9:29.39 ... finished seventh in the mile at the Cobber Indoor Open with a time of 4:49.16.

Outdoor- Competed in five meets ... placed 18th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:34.01 in the 3,000 steeplechase.

2024: Indoor- Competed in four meets ... won the 5,000 meters at the CSB/SJU Invite with a time of 16:22.34 ... season best 2:04.71 in the 800 meters at the Maverick Invite.

Outdoor- Competed in four meets ... season best 9:31.27 to place third at the Gustie Twilight.

High School: 2023 graduate of Lake Park Audubon HS ... competed for coaches Sammi Sapa, Aaron Haugen, and Dylan Olson ... all-conference honoree in 2022 ... one MN state appearance ... part of school record-setting 4x800m relay team
