2026: Indoor- Competed in four meets... finished 22nd in the triple jump with a jump of 12.30m and finished 25th in the long jump with a jump of 6.16m at the NSIC Indoor Championships.

High School: 2025 graduate of Redwood Valley HS ... all-conference honoree ... set conference meet record in the triple jump ... placed sixth in the triple jump at state meet ... 

Personal: Born July 20, 2007 ... son of Jared and Mindy Amberg ... exercise science major.
