2018: Indoor - competed in eight meets ... Ran a season best 51.55 in the 400 at the Ted Nelson Classic ... finished fifth in the 600 at the SDSU Holiday Open & Multi with a time of 1:24.9.

Outdoor - competed in three meets ... ran a season best 2:12.58 in the 800 at the Kip Janvrin Open ... also competed in the 4x400 relay. 

2017: Indoor - Competed in nine meets ... placed fifth in the 400 meters at the NSIC Championships with a time of 49.60 ... member of 4x400 relay

Outdoor -  Competed in six meets ... finished 14th in the 400m at the NSIC Championships with a time of 51.42 ... finished second in the triple jump at the Red Raider Open with a mark of 13.01m.

2016: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed sixth at the NSIC Championships ... finished 15th in the 400m at the NSIC Championships with a time of 51.63 .. won the triple jump at the SDSU Tune-Up with a mark of 12.8m.

Outdoor -  Competed in six meets ... finished 14th in the 400m at the NSIC Championships with a time of 51.42 ... finished second in the triple jump at the Red Raider Open with a mark of 13.01m.

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... recived a first place finish in the triple jump with a 13.62m at the NSU/SMSU Duel ... pesonal best 13.74m in the triple jump to finish ninth at the NSIC Championships.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... member of 4x100 relay team that finished fourth with a time of 41.91 at the NSIC Championships ... won the Drake Alternative in the triple jump with a mark of 13.54(w) ... won the triple jump at the Red Raider Open with a jump of 13.88m.

High School: 2014 graduate of New Prague HS ... all-conference and all-state in track.
