2021: Competed in three events … ran a 23:33.2 at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet 5K which placed 269^th … at the 2021 DSU Hern Blakely Invitational placed 7^th in the 5K with a time of 22:43.0 … finished 127^th at the NSIC Championship 6K with a time of 28:30.9. 

2020: Season canceled.

2019: Competed in five races ... placed 211th at the 5K Augustana Twilight with a time of 21:35 ... ran 22:12 to finish 36th at the 5K Dakota State Invite ... placed 30th at the 5K Wayne State Invite with a time of 22:19 ... ran 21:30 to finish 36th at the 5K NIACC Invite ... finished 133rd at the 6K NSIC Championships with a time of 27:56.

2018: Competed in all six races ... placed 109th at the 6K NSIC Championships with a time of 25:38 ... finished 185th at the 6K NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 25:34 ... finished 151st at the 6K Roy Griak Invite with a time of 26:58.

2017: Placed 103rd at the 5K Augustana Twilight with a time of 20:48 ... finished 13th at the 5K Dakota State Invite with a time of 21:10 ... recorded a 216th place finish with a time of 26:34 at 6K Roy Griak Invite ... ran 25:21 to finish 29th at the 6K SCSU Invite ... placed 105th at the 6K NSIC Championships with a time of 25:20 ... finished 164th at the 6K NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 25:11.
