2015: Competed in six races...finished 123rd (3K, 20:13) at the Augustana Twilight...finished 150th (6K, 26:11) at the St. Olaf Invitational...placed 240th (6K, 27:19) at the Roy Griak Invitational...placed 65th (6K, 25:59) at the Bob Waxfax Invitational...finished 93rd (6K, 27:00) at the Northern Sun Conference Championships...placed 175th (6K, 25:31) at the NCAA Division ll Region Championships.

2014: Academic All-NSIC ... competed in all seven races ... finished 114th (3M, 18:35) at the Augustana Twilight ... placed 18th (5K, 20:43) at the Border Battle Invite ... finished 76th (5K, 20:58) at the SDSU Classic ... finished 34th at the Briar Cliff Invite (5K, 19:52) ... recorded a 29th place finish (6K, 25:21) at the St. Cloud State Invite ... placed 82nd at the NSIC Championships (6K, 25:18) ... finished 127th at the NCAA Region Championships (6K, 25:10).

High School: 2013 graduate of Minneota HS ... conference champion and all-state in cross country ... finished 25th at 2012 Minnesota Class A State cross country meet ... personal best 15:25 in 4k ... also member of conference champion relay team in 4x800.
