2022: Academic All-NSIC ... placed 106th in the 5k at the Augustana Twilight meet with a time of 20:10.50 ... finished 33rd in the 5K at the Dordt College Invite with a time of 19:49.46 ... completed the Bob Waxlax Invitational 6K in a personal best 23:59 to place 37th ... completed the 6k at the NSIC Championship in a time of 25:47.5 to place 88th.

2021: Competed in three races … finished 17th in the 5K Wildcat Classic with a time of 22:26.1 … ran a 27:09.6 at the Bob Waxlax Invitational 6K to place 42nd … placed 98th at the NSIC Championship 6K with a time of 25:51.4.  

2020: Season canceled.

Before SMSU: Competed in cross country at North Iowa Area Community College ... ran 24:07 in the 5K at NJCAA Region XI time trial ... placed 98th at the Augustana Twilight 5K with a time of 20:14 ... finished 25th at the 2018 NJCAA Region XI meet 5K with a time of 22:46 ... ran 23:35 at the 2018 NJCAA Division I national meet ... also competed in track & field during the 2020 indoor season.

High School: 2017 graduate of Wodonga Senior Secondary College.

Personal: Born May 5, 1999 ... daughter of Fiona Hogg, Robert French, and Michael Regan ... exercise science & kinesiology major.
