2024: Academic All-NSIC ... competed in five meets ... ran 21:05.7 in the 5k Augie Twilight to finish 173rd ... placed 107th at the 6k NSIC Championships with a time of 24:48.4.

2023: Completed the 5k at the Augustana Twilight meet in 251st with a time of 22:26.7... ran the Dragon Twilight Invitational 4k at 16:32.8 and finished 50th... completed 6k at the Griak Invitational at 26:56.1 and placed 250th ... finished 142nd at the Briar Cliff Invite 6k at 25:19.38 ... ran in the NSIC Championships 6k at 25:04.6 and finished 112.

High School: 2023 graduate of Pierz HS ... competed for coaches Scott Herold and Dustin Bettsinger ... six-time letter winner ... four-time all-conference honoree (2018-2022) ...  MN state qualifier in 2018 and 2022 ... ran personal best 19:50 5k in 2018 ... personal best 12:22 in 2-mile during 2022 track season ... also ran 5:43 in the mile during 2018 track season.
