2016: Competed in five races...placed 3rd (6K, 22:29) at the Bob Waxlax Invitational...placed 9th (3K, 17:17) at the Augie Twilight...finished 85th (6K, 20:05) at teh Roy Griak Invitational...placed 33rd (6K, 22:22) at the NSIC Championships...finished 65th (6K, 22:30) at the NCAA Division ll Central Region Championships. 

2015: Competed in six races...finished 6th (3K, 17:11) at the Augustana Twilight...finished 4th (6K, 22:15) at the St. Olaf Invitational...placed 4th (6K, 22:30) at the Roy Griak Invitational...placed 1st (6K, 21:18) at the Bob Waxfax Invitational...finished 4th (6K, 22:36) at the Northern Sun Conference Championships...placed 18th (6K, 21:46) at the NCAA Division ll Region Championships.

Before SMSU: Competed two seasons at North Iowa Area Community College ... named 2014 cross country first team NJCAA All-American placing second in national meet with time of 17:51 in 5k … was 2013 cross country second team All-American finishing in sixth place … 2014 outdoor NJCAA All-American in 1,500m … earned 2015 USTFCCCA Indoor All-American in the mile and 3,000m in 2015 … ran personal best 5:06.69 in the mile during 2015 indoor season … named 2015 NJCAA Midwest Track Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA ... was the NJCAA national leader in the 1500 meters with a season's best 4:37.32 ... member of 4x800 meter relay team that finish 11th at NJCAA Outdoor Nationals ... finished third in the 1500m with a time of 4:42.55 ... placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 2:17.21.

High School: 2013 graduate of Wright HS … all-conference and all-state honoree … all-state champion in the 800m during junior season.
