2018: Academic All-NSIC ... ran in all six races ... placed 111th at the 6K NSIC Championships with a time of 25:47 ... finished 207th at the 6K NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 26:26.

2017: Academic All-NSIC ... placed 140th at the 5K Augustana Twilight with a time of 21:27 ... finished 15th at the 5K Dakota State Invite with a time of 21:123 ... recorded a 245th place finish with a time of 26:57 at 6K Roy Griak Invite ... placed 36th at the 6K SCSU Invite with a time of 26:01 ... placed 112th at the 6K NSIC Championships with a time of 25:46 ... finished 188th at the 6K NCAA Central Region Championships with a time of 26:22.

2015: Competed in six races ... finished 101st (3K, 19:45) at the Augustana Twilight ... finished 151st (6K, 26:12) at the St. Olaf Invitational ... placed 212th (6K, 25:56) at the Roy Griak Invitational ... placed 46th (6K, 24:32) at the Bob Waxfax Invitational ... finished 92nd (6K, 26:57) at the Northern Sun Conference Championships ... placed 180th (6K, 25:42) at the NCAA Division ll Region Championships.

High School: 2015 graduate of Earlham HS … four-time all-conference and state qualifier in cross country … three-time state track qualifier … holds school record in the 1,500 with time of 5:05.25 and also in the 3,000 with time of 11:13.53 … personal best 1:09.99 in the 400m hurdles … all-academic selection … all-conference honoree in basketball and softball.
