2016: Competed in five races...finished 114th (3K, 19:19) at the Augie Twilight...finished 232nd (6K, 27:10) at the Roy Griak Invitational...placed 37th (6K, 24:46) at the Bob Waxlax Invitational...placed 96th (6K, 24:48) at the NSIC Championships...finished 168th (6K, 24:55) at the NCAA Division ll Central Region Championships.

2015: Competed in four races...finished 90th (3K, 19:35) at the Augustana Twiligh...placed 32nd (6K, 23:55) at the Bob Waxfax Invitational...finished 62nd (6K, 25:20) at the Northern Sun Conference Championships...placed 126th (6K, 24:15) at the NCAA Division ll Region Championships.

2014: Competed in all seven races ... finished 69th (3M, 17:58) at the Augustana Twilight ... placed 14th (5K, 20:23) at the Border Battle Invite ... finished 56th (5K, 20:06) at the SDSU Classic ... finished 16th at the Briar Cliff Invite (5K, 18:51) ... recorded a 12th place finish (6K, 23:38) at the St. Cloud State Invite ... placed 37th at the NSIC Championships (6K, 23:12) ... finished 63rd at the NCAA Region Championships (6K, 23:46).

High School: 2014 graduate of Litchfield HS … five-year letterwinner in track & field … member of the school record setting 4x800 meter relay team that posted a time of 9:52 … placed sixth in the 4x800 relay at the Minnesota State High School League state tournament … personal-best 2:24 in the 800 meter, 5:30 in the 1600 meter, and 11:56 in the 3200 meter… five-year letterwinner in cross country … personal best 14:46 in 4000m … section 6A individual champion in cross country in 2012 … four-time state qualifier … two-time all-conference … two-time all-state selection … two-time team captain.
