SMSU Athletics

Nathan Phillips is in his third season as an assistant coach with the SMSU soccer program in 2021.
 
Phillips came to SMSU following one season serving as an assistant coach at Century High School in Bismarck, N.D. He also served several seasons as a coach in Bismarck for both the Dakota United and Magic soccer club teams.
 
Phillips is a 2019 graduate of the University of Mary with a degree in exercise science where he was also a member of the men’s soccer program. He is pursuing his master’s degree at SMSU.
