SMSU: Also a member of the SMSU cross country team.

2017: Indoor- Competed in five meets ... finished 12th in the distance medly relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 13:30.15.

Outdoor- Competed in six meets ... finished in eighth at the NSU Twilight Meet in the 800m with a time of 2:38.48 ... finished in eighth in the Minnesota State Twilight in the 800m.

2016: Indoor - Competed in six meets ... ran both the 1,000m and 5,000m at the NSIC Championships ... ran 20:33.65 in the 5,000m to finish 24th at the NSIC meet.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... ran 20:57.91 in the 5,000m at the NSIC Championships ... member of 4x400 relay team that finished second at the USF Invite with a time of 4:26.91.

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... recorded a personal best in the mile and finished third with a time of 5:24.86 at the Buena Vista Unversity Invitational ... finished second in the mile at the MSU Alumni Open with a 5:57.16 mark. 

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... member of teh 4x800 that finished fifth at the Red Raider Open with a time of 10:05.25 ... personal-best time of 13:07.26 in the 3000-Steeple for an eighth place finish at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.

2014: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed third in the 800-meters at the MSU Alumni Open with a time of 2:33.01 ... won the mile at the Beaver Twilight with a time of 5:34.98.

Outdoor - Competed in five meets ... placed fourth at the Lee Krough Invite in the 800-meters with a time of 2:23.31 ... competed in the 4x400 relay at NSIC championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of Minneota HS ... conference champion and all-state in cross country ... finished 25th at 2012 Minnesota Class A State cross country meet ... personal best 15:25 in 4k ... also member of conference champion relay team in 4x800.

Pesonal: Born Dec. 22, 1994 .. daughter of Amy Wickstrom and Dennis Grengs ... elementary education major.
