2019: Indoor - Competed in one meet ... finished 20th in the 5,000 meter at the SDSU Invitational with a time of 20:35.27.

Outdoor - Competed in four meets ... placed 18th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 43:37.01 in the 10,000 meters ... ran 21:10.30 in the 5,000 meters at the Dordt College Invite to finish 13th.

2018: Indoor- Competed in six meets ... placed eleventh in the mile at the Minnesota State Invitational .. placed twenty-first in the 5k at the SDSU DII Invitational ... placed fourth in the 3k at the Falcon Winter Classic ... also placed sixth in the mile at the Falcon Winter Classic ... placed ninth in the 5k at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invitational ... placed fourteenth in the mile at the SDSU Last Chance meet ... placed thirty-first in the 5k at the NSIC Indoor Championships.
