2018: Indoor- Named Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... finished seventh in the mile at the Minnesota State Invitational ... finished twentieth in the 5k at the SDSU DII Invitational ... finished fourth in the 800m at the Falcon Winter Classic ... finished sixth in the 5k at the CSB-SJU Indoor Invitational ... finished seventh in the mile at the SDSU Last Chance meet ... also was a member of the 4x400 relay that finished second at the SDSU Last Chance meet ... finished thirteenth in the mile at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... also finished twenty-fifth in the 5k and tenth in the DMR at the NSIC Indoor Championships. 

Outdoor- Named Academic All-NSIC ... competed in six meets ... finished fourth in the 1500m at the 2018 Iowa Western Spring Classic/Multi ... finished eighth in the 5k at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown ... finished fifth in the 5k at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational ... finished sixth in the 5k with a season best of 19:06.66 at the Red Raider Open 2018 ... finished fourth in the 1500m at the MSU Twilight ... finished thirteenth in the 1500m with a season best of 4:52.42 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships. 

2017: Did not compete in any meets.

2016: Indoor - Competed in five meets ... finished sixth in the mile at the NSIC Championships with a personal best time of 5:05.58 ... also competed in the 5,000m and the DMR at the NSIC meet ... finished 16th at the SDSU Classic with a personal best time of 18:55.80 in the 5,000m.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... finished second at the NSIC Championships in the 1,500m with a school record time of 4:36.79 to earn All-NSIC honors ... placed fifth in the 800m at the NSIC meet with a time of 2:18.14 ... captured first place in both the 800m and 5,000m at the Red Raider Open ... member of 4x400 relay team that won the USF Invite with a time of 4:06.12.

Before SMSU: Competed two seasons at North Iowa Area Community College ... named 2014 cross country first team NJCAA All-American placing second in national meet with time of 17:51 in 5k … was 2013 cross country second team All-American finishing in sixth place … 2014 outdoor NJCAA All-American in 1,500m … earned 2015 USTFCCCA Indoor All-American in the mile and 3,000m in 2015 … ran personal best 5:06.69 in the mile during 2015 indoor season … named 2015 NJCAA Midwest Track Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA ... was the NJCAA national leader in the 1500 meters with a season's best 4:37.32 ... member of 4x800 meter relay team that finish 11th at NJCAA Outdoor Nationals ... finished third in the 1500m with a time of 4:42.55 ... placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 2:17.21.

High School: 2013 graduate of Wright HS … all-conference and all-state honoree … all-state champion in the 800m during junior season.

Personal: Born July 31, 1994 ... daughter of Ann and Douglas Palmeter ... exercise science major.
