2022: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in seven meets ... finished 4^th in the 60 hurdles at NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a 8.71 time... placed third in the 60 hurdles at the SDSU Last Chance with a 8.83 time ... finished second in the 60 hurdles at the Cobber COVID Indoor duals with a 9.20 time and second in the 4x400 with a 4:10.31 time 

2021: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in four meets ... placed seventh in the 60 hurdles at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a 9.03 time which was also a PR ... placed first in both the 200 and 60 hurdles at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet with a 27.58 and 9.24 times ... finished first in the 60 hurdles at the Cobber COVID Indoor duals with a 9.20 time and second in the 400 with a 1:03.47 time ... placed ninth in the 400 at the SDSU Last Chance with a 1:00.68 time which was a PR and also finished 15th in the 60 hurdles with a 9.33 time.

Outdoor - Competed in eight meets ... placed second in the 100 hurdles at the NSU Spring Open with a 14.98 time ... finished fourth in the 400 at the Sioux City Relays with a 59.89 time which was a PR and also placed eighth in the 200 with a 26.93 time ... placed fifth in the 400 hurdles at the South Dakota Tune-up with a 1:03.77 time which was a PR and also placed ninth in the 100 hurdles with a 14.52 time.

2020: Indoor - Competed in eight meets ... ran 9.17 in the 60 meter hurdles at the NSIC Championships to finish 12th ... member of 4x400 relay team that placed 14th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 4:12.77 ... season best 26.75 in the 200 meters at the Ted Nelson Classic ... also had season best 9.13 in the prelims of the 60 meter hurdles at the Ted Nelson Classic ... finished fourth in the 60 meter hurdles at the SDSU Last Chance at 9.46. 

High School: 2019 graduate of Thompson HS ... state place winner more than 20 times during five-year career ... state champion as a senior in both the 100m hurdles and the 300m hurdles ... also letter winner in basketball and volleyball ... member of 2018 state championship volleyball team.
