2021: Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed tenth in the 800 at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge with a 2:28.01 time ... finished 21st in the 800 at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Meet with a 2:24.60 time ... placed 24th in the 400 at the South Dakota Tune-up with a 1:03.66 time which was a PR.

2020: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... ran 1:42.48 in the 600 meters at the NSIC Championships to place 17th ... member of 4x400 relay team at NSIC Championships that finished 14th at 4:12.77 ... season best 1:39.88 in the 600 meters to win the SDSU Last Chance ... also placed first in the 500 meters at 1:22.23 at the Mark Schuck Oopen ... ran 3:08.74 in the 1000 meters at the SDSU DII Invite.

2019: Indoor - Ran in six meets ... was a member of the 4x400 team and placed 10th with a time of 4:25.91 at the SDSU Invitational ... finished ninth at the SDSU Invitational with a time of 2:25.61 in the 800 meter ... was a member of the 4x400 team and placed 11th at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a time of 4:19.10 ... placed ninth in the 600 meter at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a time of 1:43.80 ... placed fifth in the 1,000 with a time of 3:12.72 at the Bison Open ... finished seventh at the Bison Open in the 800 meter with a time of 2:31.07 ... placed fifth in the 600 meter with a time of 1:44.14 at the St. John's Invitational ... finished second at the SDSU Last Chance in the 1,000 with a time of 3:09.31.

Outdoor- Competed in seven meets ... member of 4x4 relay team that finished third in the SMSU Mustang Open with a time of 4:12.78 ... finished fourth in the 1500m at the MIAA/NSIC Showdown with a time of 4:56.30. ... finished third in the 800m at the Minnesota State Twilight with a time of 2:24.74.

High School: 2016 graduate of Two Rivers HS … member of four cross country conference championship teams … won individual cross country conference title as a senior … member of two state qualifying teams … all-conference honoree in track & field.
