2019: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in six meets ... was a member of the 4x400 team and placed 10th with a time of 4:25.91 at the SDSU Invitational ... was a member of the 4x400 team and placed 11th at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a time of 4:19.10 ... placed eight in the 600 meter at the Bison Open with a time of 1:46.30 ... finished seventh in the 400 with a time of 1:04.46 at the Bison Open ... finished fourth at the St. John's Invitational with a time of 2:32.62 in the 800 ... placed sixth in the 800 with a time of 2:27.09 at the SDSU Last Chance ... finished 12th in the DMR at the NSIC Championship with a time of 13:38.01 ... was a member of the 4x400 team and placed 13th with a time of 4:14.55 in the NSIC Championship ... finished 14th at the NSIC Championship in the 800 meter with a time of 2:34.40.

Outdoor - Academic All-NSIC ... competed in five meets ... ran 1:04.14 in the 400 meters to finish 15th at the Viking Olympics ... finished second in the 400 meters at the Mustang Twilight with a time of 1:04.17.

2018: Indoor- Academic All-NSIC ... competed in six meets ... finished ninth in the mile at the Minnesota State Invitational ... ran a season best of 11:54.74 in the 3k at the SDSU DII Invitational ... finished third in the 3k at the Falcon Winter Classic ... also finished fifth in the mile at the Falcon Winter Classic ... finished eighth in the 800m at the SDSU Last Chance meet ... was also a member of the 4x400 relay that placed second at the SDSU Last Chance meet ... ran a season best of 2:24.95 in the 800m to place eighth at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... was also a member of the 4x400 relay that placed 14th and the DMR that placed 10th at the NSIC Indoor Championships.

Outdoor- Academic All-NSIC ... competed in three meets ... finished 19th in the 800m at the 2018 Kip Janvrin Open ... ran a season best of 1:10.11 in the 400 hurdles at the MSU Twilight to finish 10th ... finished 25th in the 400 hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Championships. 

2017: Indoor - Academic All-NSIC ... did not compete in any meets.

Outdoor-  Academic All-NSIC ... competed in eight meets ... member of 4x4 relay team that finished third in the SMSU Mustang Open ... had a season best time of 1:04.38 in the 400m at the NSU Twilight.

2016: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... placed 12th at the NSIC Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:26.88 ... member of DMR team that ran 13:12.19 to finish ninth at NSIC meet.

High School: 2015 graduate of Earlham HS … four-time all-conference and state qualifier in cross country … three-time state track qualifier … holds school record in the 1,500 with time of 5:05.25 and also in the 3,000 with time of 11:13.53 … personal best 1:09.99 in the 400m hurdles … all-academic selection … all-conference honoree in basketball and softball.
