2023: Indoor - Competed in five meets ... placed ninth in the 400 meters at the DWU Alumni Meet at 1:18.98. 

Outdoor - Competed in two meets ... finished 11th at the Gustie Invite in the 400 hurdles at 1:25.95.

2022: Indoor - Competed in five meets ... finished 17th in the 300 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a 49.85 time ... also finished 23rd in the 400 at the USD Alumni Track & Field Meet with a 1:14.96 time.

Outdoor - Competed in four meets ... season best in the 400 hurdles at the South Dakota Challenge with a time of 1:15.18.

2021: Indoor - Competed in two meets ... finished 14th in the 60 at the CSB/SJU Tri Meet with a 9.39 time ... also competed in the Cobber COVID Duals.

Outdoor - Competed in four meets ... placed 27th in the 100 at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge with a 14.19 time and placed 29th in the 200 with a 29.23 time which were both PR's ... finished sixth in the 4x100 at the Sioux City Relays with a 52.33 time and finished 32nd in the 200 with a 31.27 time.

2020: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... season best 8.77 in the 60 meters at the SDSU DII Invite ... ran 49.48 in the 300 meters at the SDSU Holiday Invite ... recorded a time of 29.57 in the 200 meters at the Ted Nelson Classic.

High School: 2019 graduate of Rich East HS ... four-year Honor Roll selection.
