2018: Indoor- Did not compete.

Outdoor- Competed in five meets ... finished eighth in the 400m at the 2018 MIAA v NSIC Showdown ... finished first in the 400m at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational ... also finished second in the 4x400 relay at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational ... finished eighteenth in the 4x400 relay at the 2018 Drake Relays ... finished eighth in the 400m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a personal best time of 57.97 ... also finished thirteenth in the 4x400 relay at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.

2017: Indoor- Competed in six meets ... was a member of 4x400 relay that finished eighth at the Minnesota Open and fourth at the Minnesota State Multi and Open ... finished eighth at the Minnesota Open in the 600m ... finished fourth in the 600m at the Minnesota State Open and Multi with a time of 4:11.33.

Outdoor- Competed in seven meets ... placed sixth at the SMSU Mustang Open with a mark of 26.57w(2.1) ... placed seventh at the Hoist Invitational in the 400m with a time of 59.52.

2016: Indoor - Competed in five meets ... finished fifth in the 600m at the SDSU II Invite with a time of 1:43.53 ... member of 4x400 relay that won the SDSU II Invite with a time of 4:03.78.

Before SMSU: Competed at Dodge City Community College in both cross country and track ... member of 4x800 relay team that earned NJCAA All-American honors in 2015 ... 

High School: 2013 graduate of Hillcrest HS ... state qualifier in both track and cross country.

Personal: Born June 1, 1995 ... physical education/recreation major.
