2017: Indoor- Competed in seven meets ... member of 4x4 relay team that finished fourth at the Minnesota State Open and Multi ... placed second in the 200m with a time of 27.86 at the Stinger Open.

Outdoor- Competed in seven meets ... finished fifth in the 400m hurdles at the SMSU Mustang Open ... placed third at the NSU Twilight in the 100m hurdles with a time of 16.24w(2.8) and also placed third in the 100m hurdles at the Hoist Invitational ... had a season best time of 15.68 in the 100m hurdles at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2016: Indoor - Competed in five meets ... placed seventh in the long jump at the SDSU II Invite with a mark of 4.58m ... recorded a 4.89m mark in the triple jump to finished 10th at the SDSU Tune Up.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... member of 4x100 relay that placed sixth at the NSIC Championships with a time of 49.45 ... also ran in the 400m hurdles at the NSIC meet ... finished fourth at the Drake Alternative in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:11.10.

2015: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... finished second in the long jump with a distance of 4.96m ... finished third in 55-meter hurdles with a time of 9.84 ... fourth place finish in the 200-meter with a 27.83 mark all at the NSU-SMSU Duels.

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... member of the 4x100 relay team that finished third at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays with a time of 48.52 ... recorded a personal best in the long jump at the Northern Sun Conference Meet with a distance of 5.35m ... posted a personal best in the 200-meter with a 26.61 mark at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays.

2014: Indoor - Competed in seven meets ... member of 4x400 relay team that won the Beaver Twilight with time ofo 4:16.11 ... finished fourth in the long jump at Beaver Twilight with mark of 4.76m ... personal best jump of 5.18m at the MSU Mankato Multi to finish 11th. 

Outdoor - Competed in six meets ... placed ninth at the Howard Wood Relays in the 400-hurdles with a personal best 1:07.36 ... competed in the 400-hurdles, long jump and 4x400 relay at NSIC championships.

High School: 2013 graduate of Custer HS ... six-year letterwinner ... holds school record in long jump and 300m hurdles ... personal best 17'5.5" in long jump and 12.9 in 100m ... personal best 26.5 in 200m and 47.5 in 300m ... finished sixh in the long jump at 2013 state meet ... state place winner for six years ...  five-year letterwinner in basketball.
