2026: Indoor- Competed in six meets... finished sixth in the weighted throw with a toss of 16.71m and 24th in the shot put with a throw of 11.44m at the NSIC Indoor Championships... won the shot put with a throw of 12.50m at the CSB/ SJU Valentine's Day Open.

Outdoor- Competed in seven meets ... finished 20th in the shot put at 11.70m at the NSIC Championships ... placed 22nd in the javelin at the NSIC Championships at 30.78m ... finished 30th at the NSIC Championships in the hammer throw at 32.39m ... season best 43.29m in the hammer thorw to finish seventh at the Minnesota State Open ... placed fourth in the javelin at the MSU Stomper Open at 34.09m. 

2025: Indoor- Competed in three meets ... finished 11th in the weighted throw with a toss of 12.46m at the Cobber Indoor Open ... season best 12.58m in the weight throw at the Schuck Open and Multi.

Outdoor - Did not compete in any meets.

High School: 2024 graduate of Fargo Shanley HS ... personal best 39-5 in the shot put ... four-time state qualifier and two-time state place winner ... three-time team field MVP ... personal best 106-4 in the javelin.
