SMSU Athletics

Mike Dalager returns to the sidelines in 2026 to serve as an assistant coach for SMSU. He has been involved in various aspects of the program for over 20 years assisting during the season and summer camps. 

The Minneota, Minn., native has coached Junior Olympic volleyball for more than 25 years and has led several teams to national tournaments. 

Mike and his wife Karen, have three sons, Ryan, Adam, and Owen.
