2016-17: Had a 5-8 record with one tech fall wrestling unattached at 157.

Before SMSU: Spent one year at Keene State College.

High School: 2015 graduate of Minneota HS … wrestled for coach Joel Skillings … finished his senior prep year with a 34-1 record … finished his prep career with a 139-40 record … three-time state entrant … three-year team captain.

Personal: Born Nov. 17, 1996 ... son of Les and Barb Engler ... sports management major.
