Jacob Begin is in his first season as an assistant coach in 2015-16.
 
A standout four-year letterwinner at SMSU, Begin concluded his collegiate career in 2014-15, racking up 104 career victories, ranking sixth in school history.
 
A three-time NCAA national qualifier, Begin earned All-American honors, placing fourth at the NCAA championships 2015 at 174 pounds. He also earned first team All-NSIC honors in both 2014 and 2015 and was a second team All-NSIC honoree in 2013.
 
Begin is a 2015 graduate of SMSU with a degree in education. He is pursuing his master’s degree at SMSU.
