2015-16: Academic All-NSIC ... named CoSIDA Academic All-District ... earned All-NSIC second team honors ... named NSIC Wrestler of the Week, Super Region III & National Wrestler of the Week honors after Feb. 7, 2016 weekend ... named NSIC Wrestler of the Week and Super Region III WoW on Jan. 25, 2016 ... finished the NSIC schedule undefeated ... knocked off No. 1 ranked wrestler against SCSU on Feb. 9, 2016 ... qualified for his third consecutive NCAA Division II national tounrament ... placed eighth at the 2015 NCAA Super Region III tournament ... earned eighth place at the 2016 Division II championships to garner All-American honors ... finished the season leading the team in wins with a 32-8 record at 285 pounds ... recorded eight pins and 16 decisions ... finished his career with 103-32 and ranks seventh for most wins in a career.

2013-14: Named to the 2013-14 National Wrestling Coaches Association Division II All-Academic first team ... earned All-NSIC second team honors ... named All-NSIC Academic ... named NSIC Wrestler of the Week on Nov. 5, 2013 ... qualified for his first NCAA Division II national tournament ... placed fourth at the 2014 NCAA Central Super Regional ... finished the season with a 26-12 record at 285 pounds with seven pins and three major decisions. 

2012-13: Named to the 2012-13 National Wrestling Coaches Associaion Division II All-Academic team ... finished the season with a 0-2 record ... medical redshirt.

2011-12: named to the 2011-12 National Wrestling Coaches Association Division II All-Academic team ... ended the season with a record of 14-3 at heavyweight.

2010-11: Sat out season as a redshirt ... was also a member of SMSU football team.

High School: 2010 graduate of Faribault High School ... two-time all-conference winner ... named all-state ... finalist in state tournament ... captain of wrestling team ... named all-conference honorable mention in track and field ... all-conference honoree in football ... helped team average 235.8 rushing yards per game, ranking second in conference ... all-conference wrestler as a junior, finishing with a 37-5 record.
