Honors & Awards: 
•NSIC Wrestler of the Week (2/14/22)

2021-22: Finished 12-4 on the season … ranked as high as No. 16 at 125 pounds … went 4-2 in duals … went 2-2 and placed fourth at Super Regionals at 125 pounds … recorded three pins … earned NSIC Wrestler of the Week after defeating then No. 3-ranked Joe Arroyo (5-3, SV-1) on Feb. 11 and Tanner Cook (Fall, 6:35) on Feb. 13 … went 3-0 and won the Auggie Invite (11/20/21) … went 3-0 and won the Dragon Open (12/5/21) … fastest pin came in one minute and 47 seconds (12/5/21)

2020-21: Finished the season with an overall record of 5-4 ... going 3-2 in the NSIC ... winning two matches by major decision and three by decision ... finished 2-2 at the NCAA Super Regional.

2019-20: Competed in the second-half of the season to finish with a 7-3 mark ... went 5-1 in NSIC duals ... went 0-2 at the NCAA Super Regional V. 

Before SMSU: Spent the 2018-19 season at Augustana University. 

High School: 2018 graduate of Belle Plain HS … wrestled for coach Jerold Stauffacher … state champion as a senior … two-time state runner-up … five-time state qualifier … three-time section champion … five-time all-conference honoree … four-time all-state … finished career with a school record 210 victories … also letter winner in football.

Personal: Sept. 15, 1999 ... son of Jerold and Kathi Stauffacher ... criminal justice and psychology major.
