2025-26: 7-14 record in duals and meets … 1-7 in NSIC duals … two wins by fall … three wins by major decision … earned fall victory in NCAA Super Regional … finishes career at SMSU with 16 wins.

2024-25: Closed the year 5-13 ... finished 3-9 in duals ... earned one victory by fall. 

2023-24: Finished the season 2-10 ... went 0-4 in duals ... earned one victory by fall. 

2022-23: Competed unattached ... went 2-3 on the year with a fall victory at 1:52 at the Yellowjacket Open 

High School: 2022 graduate of Northfield HS ... as a senior won 48 matches and earned a second-place finish at the state meet while competing at 138 pounds ... ranks second in program history in victories ... two-time state place-winner ... also a state champion in Greco wrestling.

Personal: Born Dec. 26, 2003 ... son of Betsy and Chris Messner ... agronomy major.
