2022-23: Competed unattached ... went 2-3 on the year with a fall victory at 1:52 at the Yellowjacket Open 

High School: 2022 graduate of Northfield HS ... as a senior won 48 matches and earned a second-place finish at the state meet while competing at 138 pounds ... ranks second in program history in victories ... two-time state place-winner ... also a state champion in Greco wrestling.

Personal: Born Dec. 26, 2003 ... son of Betsy and Chris Messner ... agronomy major.
