2019-20: Academic All-NSIC ... missed the season to due an injury ... took a medical redshirt. 

2018-19: Finished at 8-14 overall ... went 1-5 at 149 pounds and 1-7 at 141 pounds ... went 0-2 in NSIC matches .. recorded three wins by decision and two by fall and tech fall. 

Before SMSU: Competed two seasons at Buena Vista University ... finished fifth on the team in victories as a freshman with a 13-18 record ... had a 10-7 record as a sophomore.

High School: 2016 graduate of Spring Lake Park HS ... four-year letter winner ... three-time all-conference ... team captain ... also in football and golf ... academic all-state.

Personal: Born March 20, 1998 ... son of Bob and Heidi Altenburg ... exercise science major.
