Honors & Awards: 
•Academic All-NSIC (2021-22)

2022-23: Finished 2-20 on the season ... went 0-7 in duals .. went 0-2 at the Super Regionals at 149 pounds

2021-22: Finished 3-7 on the season … went 2-3, finishing sixth at the Dragon Open.

2020-21: Did not compete in any matches.

2019-20: Sat out as a redshirt ... competed unattached at 157 ... went 3-6 ... had one win each by fall, major decision and decision. 

High School:  2019 graduate of Zumbrota-Mazeppa HS … wrestled for coach Link Steffen … four-year letter winner … finished with 33 victories as a senior … earned all-conference honors … letter winner in football.

Personal: Born July 12, 2000 ... son of Chris and Christine Soltau ... justice administration major.
