2022-23: Academic All-NSIC ... competed in 11 meets ... personal best in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:14.21 at the SMSU triangular ... personal best in the 200-yard breaststroke at the SMSU vs USF dual ... season best in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 29.13 at the CSP tri meet ... at the SMSU vs. MSU Moorhead dual meet had a personal best of 11:47.46 in the 1000-yard freestyle ... three personal bests at the Augustana Invite with times of 1:00.54 in the 100-yard freestyle, 5:42.91 in the 500-yard freestyle and a time of 19:39.74 in the 1,650-yard freestyle as well as a season best of 2:11.29 in the 200-yard freestyle 

2021-22: Academic All-NSIC ... competed in nine meets ... placed 31st in the 1000 Y Free at the NSIC Championship with a 11:54.50 time, which was a personal best.

2020-21: Competed in three meets ... finished with a time of 20:18.88 in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the NSIC Championships.

High School: 2020 graduate of Watertown HS … two-year letter winner … placed third at state meet in the 1,650 freestyle … personal best 6:00.19 in the 500 freestyle … personal best 12:25.50 in the 1,000 freestyle … academic honor roll recipient.

Personal: Born March 11, 2002 ... daughter of Jenna and Steve Polchow … father, Steve, wrestled at SMSU … biology major.
