Paige Janka is in her fourth year as an assistant athletic trainer at SMSU in 2025-26.
Janka came to SMSU after serving as an athletic training student for Creighton University and Bellevue East High School during the 2021-22 academic year. She has also worked in the athletic training department as an intern and student at South Dakota State University and Iowa Western Community College.
Janka is a 2020 graduate of SMSU with a degree in exercise science. She was a four-year member of the SMSU tennis team from 2016-20 and was a three-time Academic All-NSIC honoree. Janka earned her master's degree from UNO in athletic training in 2022.
Janka lives in Marshall.
