WHITEWATER, Wis. - The Southwest Minnesota State wheelchair basketball team dropped a trio of games at the Wisconsin-Whitewater Tournament Saturday, falling to Illinois 89-15, Edinboro (Pa.) 70-55 and the Illinois women 48-47.

SMSU falls to 0-5 on the season.

Nathan Carruth led SMSU with 43 points on the weekend.

The Mustangs return to action after the holidays, traveling to Champaign, Ill. for four games on Jan. 15 and 16.
