Wrestling started at 197 pounds, where Augie's Nick Henning took a 16-6 major decision from SMSU's Alex Huls.

The Mustangs got their lone win in the heavyweight bout, which Augie forfeited.

From there, the Vikings rattled off eight straight wins to take the victory.
